SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 days processing time for your ready made purchases to be dispatched. All custom work will be made as quickly as possible within the commission queue and sent immediately once finished and confirmed with the customer.

Domestic UK Shipping

All orders within the UK are shipped with the Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. 2nd Class delivery is standard, but upgrades are available at checkout. These options do not contain Tracking or Signed for service -please get in touch to arrange this if required.

International Shipping

All international post is sent with Royal Mail Standard or Tracked delivery. The latter is always recommended, particularly for purchases over £50. Shipping times are generally two to eight weeks. Sometimes it is exceptionally fast and sometimes it takes a little longer, this cannot be controlled without purchasing further shipping upgrades.

The most popular international destinations are automatically included at checkout for non-UK buyers. If your country is not eligible, please get in touch to find out if shipping is possible to your location.

International mail is affected by circumstances beyond anyone's control, therefore delays, damage, losses and fees are not the responsibility of the shop owner. Tracked shipping is again recommended, to keep an eye on your parcel as it travels. Please also be mindful of potential customs charges that your country may apply to parcels. These charges are tax related and country specific, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Great care is taken to package, label and send your parcels as strongly, neatly and clearly as possible. Any damages or losses are not the responsibility of the shop owner.

In the event of a parcel being returned to Wallflower Weavings due to an incorrect address being given at checkout, the recipient will have to re-pay for shipping of the item.

RETURNS

The utmost care and attention goes into every order placed with Wallflower Weavings. In the event that a customer wishes to return their item, please firstly reach out to shop owner Sophie via email, website or Instagram to allow the opportunity to resolve any issues or queries - best efforts will be made to ensure you are left happy with your order. However, returns are accepted if necessary, and the cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility.

CUSTOM WORK

Commissions are a huge part of the Wallflower Weavings service, from handcrafted yarns and materials, to bespoke hand woven tapestries. Details are discussed and finalised via email or Instagram and then listed on the website for purchase. Full payment is required for any custom work to begin, and returns and exchanges are not allowed. Recreations of past weavings or yarns are allowed, however will not be exact matches for the original skein or tapestry due to changes in materials, hand dyed yarns, using raw fleece and their single batch, hand made nature.

Refunds are not permitted for any items in the shop, including commissions. All details will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before purchase is made, therefore it is understood that both client and maker are in agreement over the intended style, size, weight and palette of a product.

Commissioned yarns will be refunded BEFORE shipping if the product is absolutely not to the client's taste, with the opportunity for another product to be made first. Once shipped, no refunds are given.

Commissioned weavings are non refundable. In the event that the client no longer wanted their piece BEFORE shipping occurs, 50% of the price would be refunded. Once shipped, no refunds are given.

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defected, not as a result of damages incurred through shipping, the recipient has two days to send a full, clear description and images of the product to fully explain the defects. Before a refund is given or re-creation is made, the original items must be returned safely and securely and arrive back with Wallflower Weavings. As all items are handmade with the season's available materials which are ever changing, replacements may be slightly different to the original product, especially for hand woven items. An additional wait would be expected to recreate the replacement items.

Colour variation is not accepted as a 'defected or damaged' item. All efforts are made to photograph and describe products clearly and authentically, and customers must be mindful of differences between monitors when viewing products online.
